  • I usually keep my opinions to myself unless they are specifically asked for... Although I did catch myself saying "oh, no don't do that!" without thinking about it the other day to my BIL... he said his wife was going to elect to have a C-section when she got pregnant. I did apologize right away though so I feel a little better. Agh! I hate it when I do stupid stuff like that haha.
Anyway, have you seen that show "What would you do?" its basically all about seeing if people will step in and do something if they see an unjust situation... for example, would you call the cops if you saw someone trying to steal something? would you stand up to a store manager who is racially profiling customers? would you stop to help a little kid if they looked like they were standing alone on the street?
stuff like that... pretty interesting to see how people reacted to the different scenarios.

  • I mind my own business but give an honest opinion when asked. I do think I would intervene if I ever saw incidences like PP mentioned.

  • sadly sometimes when you think your helping its taken as interference, which 90% of the time I mind my my business, now its pretty much 99% unless its obvious its ok for me to say/do something (like helping an old lady with a heavy door or something).

So-its only on here that you interject rather than be part of the conversation-that is interesting....
