  • Absolutely. The rays may be weaker in other seasons, but it is there all the same.

  • I wear sunscreen on my face all year, but when I wear long sleeves and jackets I don't put it on my arms. I do on my hands, usually. A friend says it should go on arms, too, even if covered when outside, because when inside the sun can come in through windows. So I'm not sure how much is needed.
