  • I wear sunscreen on my face all year, but when I wear long sleeves and jackets I don't put it on my arms. I do on my hands, usually. A friend says it should go on arms, too, even if covered when outside, because when inside the sun can come in through windows. So I'm not sure how much is needed.

  • oh, guilt!!! I almost never wear sunscreen... but I don't just lay out anymore either

  • I only use it when I'm outside in the sun for long periods of time.
