  • I'm the only one with allergies and I just rty and avoid anything I think may be the cause and have meds on hand

  • Well, as mentioned earlier, make sure you keep your furnace filters changed. I also have to keep the dog shaved all year long because he's an indoor dog. I take Claritin year round and use a humidifier during the winter months. Also, as a former Respiratory Therapist, I offer this suggestion, do not open windows. It's best to run the air. You don't want any more allergans in your home than need be.

  • Thankfully my family doesnt suffer from seasonal allergies. I do get a stuffy nose every once in a while during spring, but never enough that I feel a need to take drastic measures
