  • My daughter is almost 3 - she likes potato waffles for breakfast, or cheerios, or sometimes oatmeal.

For lunch she'll have a cheese toastie with cucumber slices, or soup, sometimes something like a bit of pasta with pesto.

Dinner she'll have what we have, her favourites are lasagna, moussaka, sheppards pie, pizza, and she also loves pasta bake (and pretty much any other pasta dish.)
She's not a huge fan of her veggies, but she'll eat them anyway usually without too much fuss.

Snacks she'll have a banana, or a frozen Petit Filous, or a little box of raisins.

  • It really just depends on the day and what all we have going on. My 19 month old is NOT picky at all... Breakfast is usually some kind of dry cereal and a cup of milk (not together though... together=mess). Lunch is usually slices of an apple/orange with grilled cheese, or sometimes she'll want a hot dog or chicken nuggets. Dinner she usually eats a smaller portion of whatever we have. I give her snacks throughout the day- goldfish, bananas, cheese puffs, etc.
