  • No way!!! Star Wars is a classic movie that has a great message to it. I still find myself drawn to it if its on tv while I'm flipping around channels. My son is 2 1/2 and he could care less now, but when he want to for sure I will let him! I grew up watching these films and think that some of these anime cartoons are worse then Star Wars will ever be in my eye!

  • I don't think it's too bad, I just can't see it capturing their interest though.

  • No, I would not let a 5 year old watch Star Wars.

  • Not for my kids. My son LOVES Star Wars and has been watching them since he was 3 or 4. then again my kids aren't really censored on the movies they see (they were watching Transformers 2 when I got up, including the 4yo who loves that movie).

  • My son was 2and half or 3 when he started watching Star Wars! I don't know what the fascination was for him but it stuck!!!

  • We were watching it when my dd was 3 and she crawled into my lap and watched the whole thing in awe. There is only blood in the cantina scene (since light sabers cauterize wounds they don't bleed). I see nothing wrong with it.
