How can I accurately count up my due date?

  • 3 months back from the date of your last period, minus 14 days? or plus 14 days...something like that. i think its plus 14 days.

  • When ever was your last period, count back about 2 weeks then add 40 weeks. You will be within a week or two of your due date assuming you dont go into early labor

  • Use a due date calculator. There are a million of them online, just google it. However, noone can tell you when that baby's coming out.

  • Using the first day of your last period, go back 3 months and add 7 days. That will give you the same due date your Dr will get from the little wheel due date calculator they use. Of course they may adjust that when you have your ultrasound because that method is really only accurate if you have a 28 day cycle.
