What did your baby get on their Apgar test?

  • The apgars don't really mean anything. This isn't a my baby is better than your baby type of test. It is just related to how your baby looked at birth to the doc in the room.

  • I have no idea... they were healthy, that is all that matters. Beyond that, it makes no difference.

  • Both of my boys were 9 at 1 minute and 10 at 5 minutes. My cousin's daughter was a zero at birth( doctors gave her O2 and tried stimulating her by hitting her feet and doing sternum rub, and at 5 minutes was 8.
