Authenic Indian Naan Bread Recipe?

Authenic Indian Naan Bread Recipe? Any Indian mommy's out there?

I found a recipe for it but it sounds so plain.. wondering if this recipe is the correct one for Naan Bread http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/naan/Detail.aspx
If not please tell me the recipe thanks

    I normally make the one that has yeast fairly regularly. I make the one without yeast for my vegan aunt and modify it with vegan subs.

  • authentic naan is cooked on the sides of a tandoori, or clay oven. I buy the frozen ones at Trader Joes, or fresh at an Indian market.
