Do you use your barbeque to heat up food to avoid using your oven?

I have a casserole heating on the BBQ right now, since it is about 90 degrees outside and using the oven would be CRAZINESS!

  • Yep. I have this awesome cookbook that has recipes/instructions for pies, breads, veggies, casseroles, etc. to make on the grill. We don't have central a/c, only window units, which don't cool the house as well, especially if I'm using the oven, so using the grill is a must.

  • No I've never tried that, but it sounds like a good idea when it's hot.
