Help with Grammar please!!!

First of all, thanks for reading this :)

I'm from Germany just learning English. Which sentence is corrent to say??

1. I made most of my journey in Germany.
2. I made the most of my jurney in Germany.
3. I made most out of my journey in Germany.
4. I made the most out of my journey in Germany.

I want to say I went to Germany and I did almost everything I worth doing.
