Anyone who preaches or teaches anything that contradicts the Bible. They usually have just enough of the truth to sound right, but what they say is full of deception.

I think that if you can understand the intentions of the person, you can understand their means. One way to know is through auras. If you can see them clearly around ppl then you can make better judgement of their character. If not, you can practice (link here)

Know what the Bible really teaches and you will be able to recognise false teachers.
