Free will answers nothing, so plese stop using that as a catch all excuse and actually answer the question! God has a plan for everyone, says he knows you because he knitted you together in your mother's womb, is all-knowing and all-powerful and yet you say he had no clue that because of sin, the world would become corrupt? Sure, you MAY have free will, but that free will only goes as far as making decisions down a path he always has planned for you and already knows the outcome of- so using that as an answer is totally asinine.
Either he knew ahead of time and didn't care or didn't know ahead of time and therefor is NOT all-knowing, not an all powerful 'supreme' deity, makes mistakes and used the flood to fix those mistakes.
