what is a good snack that you can just throw in purse for self and not worry aboout it melting or going bad?

  • Any kind of nuts, like raw almonds or pistachios, will keep for a long time. Or a lot of pre-packaged snacks, like cereal bars, those 100 calorie packs, etc

  • i love the kashi bars and the south beach bars. um i like to put bananas in my bag too but you know how that ends half the time!!! yuck!

  • Nuts, granola bars, pretzels, trail mix, dried fruits, those little 100 calorie/90 calorie snack pack things, etc. That's all I can think of right now.

  • Poptarts if you don't mind them being cold, bagels will be okay for a couple of hours, pretzels come in all varieties, but require a beverage to go along with them, brownies or cupcakes or cookies are always welcome when I've packed them.
