Suggestions on how I can lower my blood pressure?

I had preeclamspia during my first pregnancy, and we're obviously extra concerned about it a second time around. What are some things I can try to help keep my blood pressure down this time around?

  • Eliminate salt or anything salty entirely. Cranberries lower blood pressure too. Drink cranberry juice & eat dried cranberries.

  • taking salt out of your diet as much as possble will be a big help. And like the others said avoiding stress is also a good help! Some dr's recommend a baby aspirin once a day but don't do that on your on I'd definitely discuss it with your ob first!
