Did you wear maternity clothes after you had your baby?

I'm always surprised when I hear people say they were still wearing maternity clothes for months, a year after their baby was born.

  • I wear the stretchy ones just because they're comfy and people can't tell. My youngest is 1 1/2 yo. =)

  • I wore maternity pants while on maternity leave, but not when I went back to work, as a matter of priciple. I just bought a bigger size. :P Now I did keep a few super stretchy maternity shirts in my wardobe because they were soo cute and didn't look like a maternity shirt unless you had a belly to stretch them out.

  • I did because I knew I would be getting pregnant again soon (and i didn't lose much baby weight anyways) but after this baby, I am done (i think*) and I threw out[donated] all my maternity clothes.

  • I wore my maternity clothes for about three months after my kids were born. I wore the pants longer than the shirts.
