  • Drink a ton of juice.

Get in a super hot shower and steam myself. Then I wrap up in a huge towel around my head and then my bath robe then I get under a ton of blankets and sleep for 2-3 hours and sweat it out.

Lysine supplement. More vitamin c and juice.

  • Emergen-C. It's a flavored packet of a strong dose of vitamin C that you mix with water and drink.

  • Tons of vitamin C, increase my vitamin D dosage, up the probiotics, halt coffee since it weakens the immune system, drink plenty of fluids and natural tea (no sugar, since that too weakens the immune system) ... works every time.
