other then fruits and veggies..which we have alot of...can someone help me with other healthy snacks to buy...we have raisins, and sugar free jello...any other ideas???
We always like pretzels, hummus and whole wheat pita bread, yogurt covered raisins, applesauce(no sugar added) cups, granola bars(look for low sugar kind/fat free, still tastes great) frozen edemana beans still in pod(grab a handful and pop in microwave for 1 min 50% power great burst of protein), yogurt(loving the Greek style, almost like custard), whole wheat bagels and peanut butter/almond butter, whole wheat tortillas with low fat cheese, baked chips with salsa(staple in my house pour over everything!), raw nuts mixed with dry fruit(I mix my own and portion into the small snack sized ziploc bags, about 3/4 to 1 cup mix for around 100 cal)ratio 2:1 fruit to nut. Just a few for now if I think of more I will post later! Good luck hope that helps!!!
