Just noticed purple broken veins behind my knee.. are these vericose veins if so how i can i prevent them from getting worse?

  • Could be. Try to prop your feet up whenever you can and drink lots of fluids so your feet and legs don't swell much.

  • I think they are varicose veins - I have them too. From what I understand, you can't get rid of them except for have them removed via surgery. Mine really don't bother me much.

  • Cut your legs off at the knee. Nah just kidding I have had them since I was about 23 after my first dd. My sis sells Avon and they have a cream for them that I got. Hasn't made a difference though. You find something let me know.

  • Elevate your legs... Say after the day lay down and literally put your feet up, this will help circulation
