I am so tired!

I walked five miles today! I have to stay up another two and a half hours! Any ideas that won't keep me up the rest of the night?

  • read a good book, catch up on a good show, clean the house, get some work done on something you have been putting off, putter around on CM for a while

  • when I am tired & can't lay down yet....I excercise for a little while, then take a shower, then do yoga by the time I'm done with yoga its time 4 bed & thee yoga helps 2 relax & calm me after the excercise energized me.......hope this helps

  • oh wait WONT lol take a hot bath with some bath oil..... that relaxes me soooo much
