my 2 year old has fever....

I gave him medicen, I put wet towel on his leges. what alse should i do tonight?
should i cover him or not? tem is 79 in the house. thanks

  • Fevers tend to get worse at night because your body is at rest. Just give Motrin and let it do it's thing. Fevers are not dangerous - unless seriously HIGH. They are our bodies natural defense system kicking in. I would cover him with a light blanket. If he doesn't want it, he will kick it off, but generally with a fever you get chills

  • i would give him medicine right before he goes to bed and give him a blanket cuz i know when i have a fever i feel really cold. hope he feels better soon
