  • Homemade spaghetti sauce with ground deer meat served over whole wheat pasta. (My sauce has no salt, no sugar, nothing artificial. Deer meat is leaner & healthier than beef.)

    Homemade chicken soup.

  • You're gonna love this and be blown away at the same time! First you take a piece of foil to wrap a piece of samon in it. then you add your seasoning to taste, large slices of sweet onions over the top of it. Then squeeze lemon juice over the top. Fold three times over one way then three time cross ways so its completely enclosed. Then stick in your dishwasher while running a full cycle of dishes. When the dishes are done, so will the samon. Serve with cucumber/ hard boiled diced eyes/fresh spinish salad with lite zesty dressing and zuccini for side dishes or something as healthy. If you don't like samon or have a dishwasher, try steamed zuccini, summer squash, yellow squash, carrots, sliced hardboiled eggs over a bed of fresh spinish leaves. Serve with a dish of yogart and blueberried that you've put through the blender. Mix the two, add a little honey to taste. Enjoy!
