cubed chicken, 1 packet of stir fry sauce mix, broccoli (& whatever other veggies you want to add), brown rice.
-cook the chicken, prepare the stir fry sauce mix, cook the broccoli, mix chicken & broccoli in pan, cook the rice and mix the rice in the pan also and pour the stir fry mix and mix all together.
chicken thighs, [onion & garlic] ragu sauce, vegetable or whole grain linguine, broccoli.
-either bake the chicken thighs in the oven on 350 for an hour and a half, or sautee them in a pan with pam spray or xtra virgin olive oil, pour flavored ragu sauce of your choice in pan with chicken and cook together for 10-15 minutes, cook linguine and pour sauce and chicken over linguine, cook the broccoli and add that to if you like.
boneless skinless chicken breast, spinach fetticini or liguine, veggie of your choice.
