Question about sex position adult content

Am I the only one who can only manage to be on top for a couple of minutes (if I'm doing all the work) before it feels like my legs are going to fall off or break or something? Or after being on top for a few minutes getting a horrible cramp in one or both legs? I can barely last more than 2 minutes on top before I have to either get him to do the work or we have to reposition altogether. What the heck am I doing wrong?!

  • same problem here i don't want a position where i 'm in pain more than pleasure, plus i feel like i'm squashing him even though im not that big of a girl,i think its psyological lol

  • I have the same prob in the bad. But on other surfaces like the floor or couch I am fine. I think it's just that the bed is to soft and I slide. Mayve try it somewhere else? GL

  • It could be lack of magnesium which causes bad muscle cramps, but it can also be lack of exercise. Can you 4 sets of 25 squats? If not, then start working on them LOL.

  • it could be low potassium ( if so eat a banana) you could also try stretches sometime before hand

  • I am the same way. I feel bad because I know he likes it but I just get so tired, I am a bigger girl too and I am afraid of squashing him even though I know I'm not.

  • Oh yeah my legs are in pretty good shape. I can do about 150 squats and hardly feel any burn at all.
