Best work out plan/diet? Need to lose 30lbs of post preggo fat

  • 30 mins of exercise everday, breastfeed, drink half of what you weigh now in ounces of water everyday, count calories and don't eat a ton of carbs. You can't go wrong with this. I did this and it practically fell off right before my eyes.

  • >_< missed my brest feeding oppertunity my baby just met the 16month mark... and my hubby took a photo of me three days ago.. Im huge.. I cant belive I havent seen this before. Thank you for your suggestions, I am willing to try anything to get this fat off =(

  • I lost 20lbs with Turbo Jam and eating right. It is so much fun, it actually made me like exercise :)
