30 mins of exercise everday, breastfeed, drink half of what you weigh now in ounces of water everyday, count calories and don't eat a ton of carbs. You can't go wrong with this. I did this and it practically fell off right before my eyes.

I lost 20lbs with Turbo Jam and eating right. It is so much fun, it actually made me like exercise :)
