  • Track your cycle and figure out the day you ovulate and have the sex then! You typically ovulate about mid-cycle, so about 2 weeks after Day 1 if you have a 28 day cycle. Your cervical mucus will change too and get more like egg whites and stretchy when you ovulate or are about to. You have a 24-28 hour window to get pregnant then.
