  • We live in NM so finding pine cones is easy. Then we cut out feather shapes, turkey feet, eyes and that beak from construction paper or foam. Then we use glue to stick it all on the pine cone. The kids love using them for decoration. Plus if you buy the pine cones from the stores they sometimes come scented, usually cinnamon.
