  • I'm still trying to get myself organized! I'm seriously considering hiring a professional organizer to help me with this house!!!!!! Maybe I have ADHD?

  • I'm an ADD mom with an ADD kid and wow do we have an adventure! I suggest:

Brightly colored everything! We have brightly colored bins, folders, tabs, labels, etc! Make sure everything has a bright home.

Put book bags, shoes, and keys by the entry way so they can easily be grabbed on the way out. You have to remind them for a few weeks, but once they get it down things don't get lost.

Electronic organizers and smart phones are MADE for ADD kids, reminders, calendars, and contacts all in one convenient spot.

Keep a 3" inch binder to put all homework in. Even if they have to search a bit, if it's in the folder they have it.

Multi colored signs in the bathroom and by the door with friendly reminders such as: Did you Brush your hair Brush your teeth Remember your homework
