  • only the yolk until one because of possible allergies. also a one yr old doesnt have the enzymes to process the whites, that is also why they can get sick.

  • I'm with bearsjen....children shouldnt have egg whites till there about 18 months old i think....I know they cant have them, the age eludes me sorry.

  • Sure! There really is no reason to wait (and no reason to withhold the whites) if there isn't a family history of egg allergies. Just watch for a reaction. Check out for guidance on feeding solids.
