is one boiled egg enough for my 9 months old'dinner,

or should it be accompanied with the usual oats porridge that i give him at night

  • I would say yes but you could always mush up some bread in with the egg. It depends on the baby's appetite.

  • I would add something else to it. An egg is not a meal. Maybe half an egg and some cereal or fruit.

  • At that age, I think as long as baby is nursed or gets a bottle of formula before the egg, it should be enough.

  • I always added veggies and a grain with an egg. This said my DS was not a great dinner eater at that age.

  • I thought you weren't suppost to inroduce eggs until baby is over a yr?? my dr said to wait until after he would turn one bacasue of allergy issues which it turned out he was allergic to them.
