Okay before i had no sleeping problems and suddenly i can't sleep wat on earth is wrong with me?

  • age! hormone changes! make sure you get the proper nutrients to help you body balance. If you do this, your body will self regulate and you will get back a normal sleep pattern. Proper nutrition is so important for normal body functions
