What's the best way to tighten up your stomach after losing a lot of weight?

  • There are a lot of exercises for the abs..flutter kicks, leg rasises, planks, if you get in the push up postion, then take one arm down to the floor on your fore arm, then reach the other arm straight out and then back up, that will not only work your arms but your sides as well. push ups, sit ups, crunches, crazy iven's, lunges, squats.

    Sorry some of these are hard to explain so you'll have to google how to do them as i am sure you'll get a better discription of how to do the exercise than i can type out. good luck with your work outs.

  • I don't have time to hit the gym. I use to have a yoga video, but I lost it. Maybe I'll buy one when I get paid.
