  • Meatballs - barbeque sauce/grape jelly sauce ... yum yum!

Meatloaf - salsa, or just green peppers.

Plus adding egg into both mixtures for me is mandatory :)

  • Stuffing is really good for meatballs. And for meatlaof, saltine crackers crushed real fine. And for both finely chopped onions and egg.

  • I have used crushed saltines (or other crackers), oats, stuffing mix, and milk soaked bread. Depending on what I am making of course.

  • I usually use breadcrumbs, but will use pretty much any kind of bread/cracker. Once all I had was Cheez Its and the kids loved it! Every time I make meatloaf they ask if I used cheez its.

  • Sometimes I use crackers instead of bread crumbs, try Ritz crackers for a great taste. I also have used rice, cook the rice first though....I learned that the hard way!! LOL
