how do i stop breastfeeding?

  • gradually stop nursing your son or daughter as much. Then only nurse his/her at night for a couple of weeks. It may take a while to get him/her completly weaned, but you can do it! :)

  • Your baby will slowly cut back on his/her own and then fully stop when s/he is ready. All you have to do is wait until that happens.

  • I just stopped and either she took the bottle or go hungry. She took it within the next hr because she was starving! But after stopping it hurts to dry up!
