Have you ever made turkey soup?

I just made turkey soup with noodles and carrots. I haven't made soup in a while and this soup came out really flavorful. And thank goodness the weather was cooler too.

  • Yes, I always use our leftover turkey carcass and dark meat to make soup. Light meat goes into pot pie. We always go to MIL's house for holidays, but I always have a turkey smoked for us at home. Smoked turkey makes awesome soup!
