Where do I fit working out???? When's the best time?

8:00 Wake up
8-9:00 Make beds, dress, get going on breakfast with kids
10:00 homeschool
12:00 lunch
4:00 kids' tv/computer free time
5:30 dinner
6:30 storytime
8:00 bedtime

  • maybe you could go on a family walk sometime during the day?
    I assume you make dinner turning their tv/computer time. maybe wake up an hour earlier and do a 30 minute work out? or after the kids are in bed?

  • Wake up earlier or add it on to your evening. I try to wake up around 5 or 6 to get a lot done before the kids get up.

  • Thanks girls. If I walk with the kids, they will love it, but I won't be able to get fast enough to have my heartbeat up, but we would enjoy the sunshine :) Maybe I can try both, like TezMom mentions.
