What's A Good Tennis Shoe After Back Surgery?

I have no idea what's good, I haven't been shopping ,or looking lately. Does anyone have any ideas?

  • I haven't had back surgery but I do have some major issues in my L5/S1 region. I swear by Nike Shox. They are pricy, but soo totally worth it. :) If wear a size 7 or smaller, you can get away with shopping in the youth section and save some money. You take your nike womens shoe size and subtract 1.5 to get your youth size. So I wear a 7 in womens nike (they seem to run a bit smaller than other brands) so i get a 5.5 in youth.

  • I ended up asking my therapist and she suggested New Balance bec they put your feet on a machine. For the 1st time in years I have kept my shoes on ALL day in comfort. Thanks for your tips also.
