Eating small portions every hr

I have a co-worker that is healthy and very slim. She eats every hour small portions of health stuff fruits and foods. Does anyone else do this to be slim?

  • That can work as long as the food is healthy food and not candy or chips or something like that. The reason it works is because it keeps your metabolism high. Drink a LOT of water as well.

    I have 3 meals a day which contain mostly fruit. My morning consists of 6-10 bananas depending on how many i feel like and can fit in and that can last mne for a good four hours or so.

  • Eating small meals every 3-4 hours is a great way to keep your metabolism high and burn more calories. Your body never has a chance to go into "fat storage" mode. Make them healthy meals. But, you can slip in the occassional indulgence just watch your portion size. I don't believe in only leads to overeating later. I agree on the water...drink lots of it.

  • I eat healthy foods every 2 hours to keep my blood sugars stabilized which allows me to stay slim, healthy, active and sustains my energy throughout the day.

  • I have 3 balanced meals during the day i will have a snack in the middle of the day if i am hungry. In order to lose weight you have to make sure though to cut your portions down and if you are anything like me or many other people that can be hard to do without feeling hungry an hour later because your not used to eating less calories. I have found an awsome product though that has been helping me and so many others with portion control, you take it before your meals and by the time you eat your meal you already feel somewhat full which in turn you eat less calories and lose weight!
