Would you rather sell Your home through an Real Estate agent or your self?

An agent because I would not want to put up with all the aggravation of showing my home, getting the paper work done, and all that stuff.

  • An agent, definately. It costs a good amount to do it, but they do alot of work when showing and closing.

  • We bought our home without an agent, for both us and the sellers. The only paperwork that we did on our own was the contract. Our mortgage broker and the title agency did everything else for us. The sellers showed us the house, fortunately for them we were the first people to look at it, so they didn't have to do it more than the one time. We aren't planning on ever moving again, so hopefully we never have to actually contemplate what we would do next time.
