Dry Fruit as a Snack?

Does anyone eat them as a snack? I love them , pineapples, bananas , apricots, but I'm not so sure there's too much sugar in them, so lately for a while I've just been eating an orange a day. What do you think sugar or too much sugar?

  • Check the nutrition label, specifically the ingredient list - some dried fruits have HFCS added in.

  • buy the unsweetened kind. a serving is usually around 1/4 c.

  • I like dried fruit but typically only eat fresh because the dried versions usually have sulfites added to them and I'm allergic.
