  • massage, breath deep/meditate, listen to calming music, bubble bath, read a good book, exercise (but to only something you enjoy)

  • i was watching dr phil one day and saw something that helped me. rythmic drumming. like the blue man group. if you just sit and listen to that it helps. well it helped me anyway. you may want to try it. go to youtube and listen to some of it.

  • Exercise is good. Sometimes I clean my house to help relive stress... sometimes that makes it worse though! :)
