HOW TO LOSE TUMMY FAT

NEED TO LOSE TUMMY FAT . NEED TO KNOW FOODS THAT WILL HELP AN EXERCISES.I HAVE TRIED THE USUAL CRUNCHES BUT DIDN'T WORK.I HAVE A LIVER PROBLEM AN FLUID COLLECTS THERE,BUT TRUST ME THATS NOT ALL THAT COLLECTS THERE...SEEMS NOTHING IS HELPING.DOCTORS JUST SAY TO DROP SOME POUNDS FROM THERE WITHOUT ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW.I KNOW YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME OUT.IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED........THANKS

  • Carido is the only trusted way to lose belly fat. Walking, running, biking, aerobics, swimming, etc. And when I say swimming I mean doing laps, not wading in the pool. Yoga and Pilates are the trusted methods to help you tone the muscle and skin. As well as help you maintain a healthy weight.

    Eat well balanced meals. Cut out soda completely. Limit your snacks perday. It's all about moderation and portion size, not cutting down calories or cutting out specific ingredients/foods. If you maintain a healthy eating habits you'll be on your way to losing weight along with proper excersise. Which means 20-30 minutes a day of excersise.

  • Lots of cardio. Watermelon is supposedly really good for trimming your waist.

  • if anyone has a diet plan they wouldn't care to share I would love that. just something simple like 1 cup of outmeal for breakfast.....etc....something that is tried an true....believe me I will follow it to the tee.........thanks so much !!
