3 Bumps

Bought pizza and forgot to put it in the fridge...left out for about 5 hours..is it still good to eat?

I put it in the fridge when I got up in the middle of the night...would it still be good to eat? it is two whole pizzas.

  • After 2 hours bacteria will start to grow... I always go by the 2 hour rule when serving food, or taking it anywhere. I wouldn't eat it.

  • We use to put the leftover pizza in the oven when I was young. I think it will be fine. But I'm not a germaphobe.

  • After 2 hours it is not safe to eat anything that teach that to us when we go to food management school use the 2 hour rule if it's out for more then 2 hours toss
