Tomatoes Tomatoes Tomatoes

Please offer any creative ideas for what to do with these tomatoes. I already have sauce in the freezer, so anything other than that.

Thanks in advance!

  • Send me some! LOL

How about selling some to your local grocer? Good tomatoes are hard to find.
Offer some to the local shelter or the food pantry.

Makes great chili, pizza sauce, and more.

  • Homemade tomato juice is delicious, and it's fairly easy to make. Tastes wonderful in the wintertime with a bowl of freshly popped popcorn.

  • Homemade ketchup. It uses a lot of tomatoes and you can gourmet it up as you like with garlic, hot pepper, whatever you like.

  • Can plain tomatoes. Then in the winter you have them for chili, soups, stews, or to make into other things.
