  • I feed my youngest (now 2.5) everything that I eat :) I just cut it up smaller. He loves to snack on trail mix, raw baby carrots, and chips with guacamole.

  • my DD is 2.5 now so of course she eats evrything I eat, but even at 17 months both my girls ate everything I ate I might just have cut it up a little smaller than my foods lol. My oldest wouldn't eat baby food so she was on all table foods by 10 months old she ate everything I did and my youngest she was more like 11 months when she started eating everything I did

  • yeah, i think babies can eat real food a lot younger than people thing. by 8-10 months, you don't really have to do purees anymore. i guess this varies kid to kid, but that has been my experience.

    here are some ideas:

pb and j (natural peanut butter, "all fruit" jam, and whole wheat bread) cut into 4 squares or fun shapes.

littleDIY fruit trays with yogurt to dip (all-natural yogurt, most other stuff has a bunch of added sugar, corn syrup, and crap). you can dip in peanut butter to.

    yogurt with granola and fruit.

    whole grain crackers.

    veggies with healthy dip

whole grain cereal to eat with fingers

deviled eggs! (cage free eggs, easy on the seasoning)

bite sized ravoli or tortelinni with a little sauce

cashews! (look for ones without many added ingredients. dry roasted are best, but you can get away with some oil and salt).

    boy, i can pro

  • I feed her what I eat.. I have since she was about twelve months old. (although from 12-18 months I may have excluded and/or supplemented some things, like meats that were hard to chew like steak, for something different).

But yeah... from 18 -now (2 1/2) she eats what I eat, I just make sure her portions are properly cut.
