Do you know how to properly construct a sentence?

It seems like many people here don't know how to properly construct their questions. The questions they ask are so poorly worded, I can't find the question in the midst of typos and fragmented sentences!
Am I the only one here who is annoyed by this?

  • I worked as a copy editor and publicaiton editor for more than nine years, so a lot of the crazy grammar and punctuation really bother me. I skip over things without any punctuation or that contain a lot of texting abbreviations. Typos don't bother me as much because we've all made them. And I always hope the people who make tons of errors aren't home-schooling their children.

  • I am dyslexic no excuse I see that and I wonder if some of these people work as hard as I do? Its nice to have people like you to point out how we did not make the grade. Don't worry this just makes me stronger.

    "in just-

spring when the world is mud-
    luscious the little
    lame balloonman

    whistles far and wee

    and eddieandbill come
    running from marbles and
    piracies and it's
    spring

    when the world is puddle-wonderful

    the queer
    old balloonman whistles
    far and wee
    and bettyandisbel come dancing

    from hop-scotch and jump-rope and

    it's
    spring
    and

    balloonMan whistles
