  • In the morning. It helps wake me up.

  • I feel fresher if i take one in the morning but it's so much more convenient if I take one before bed. Saves me about 20 minutes in the morning plus I get to sleep in a bit longer!

  • In the morning. If I take it at night I wake up with horrible hair the next day. I use a curling gel and mousse to get it curl right and I don't want t sleep in that.

  • Before bed..
Me & DH both have to have showers before bed.
I have a SUPER SENSITIVE nose & can smell everything - what was ate at lunch/dinner... "smog" smell from being in traffic ... Really I could be a "drug dog!" !!
And unless me/my surrounding smell clean, i cant sleep! Even when dd was a newborn, I would be up at 3am. 4am taking a shower, cause if i layed down dirty- i knew i was not sleeping..
