  • veggies.

Buy a bag of frozen mixed veggies, and give them to her. Banana or mandrin oranges are good. Nutrigrain bars for breakfast.
    Cheerios. Goldfish. pasta.

  • cucumber sticks, cubed avocado, cubed banana, any cut up veggie except celery really (they can't chew the stringy part). Cheerios, puffs, graham crackers, biter biscuits, rice cakes (plain, unsalted). Toast, Soft cooked macaroni noodles, mini meatballs. At 10 months old you are almost at the point where your LO can have whatever you do. You just need to cut it smaller and make sure the allergy foods are still avoided for the next couple of months.

  • In addition to fruit, my son loved green beans, steamed carrot pieces, pasta (rotini was easy for him to pick up), mini cheese ravioli, dry cereals(cheerios, giant rice krispies, kix, etc)
