Does the mother have any rights over kids that are awarded custody to the Dad?

  • Your the mother file paperwork and fight for what you want. You gave birth you have rights you just need to know what your rights are for your state. Every state is different.

  • You usually would get visitation rights. A lot depends on why the father was given custody.

  • if the mother is a bad mother then the dad needs the kids i know a lot of kids whos mothers are bad i mean doing drugs with them in the room having sex with three guys while the baby sleeps in the same bed kids walking in on their mom doing it in their room crazy stuff maybe they would have been better off with their dads if the courts saw what they saw
