  • Try RestEZ Relaxation Herbal Supplement - it has a proprietary blend of natural, relaxing extracts- including valerian, passionflower and hops - won't knock you out or leave you feeling groggy or drowsy the next morning. It is non- habit forming.

  • melotonin, valerian root, chamomile...we give my daughter melotonin to help her sleep...the trick with it is you have to take it 15 - 30 mins before bed and when you fo to bed you need to have total darkness can't sleep with TV. It works like a charm for my daughter just need to be careful because like anything else you body will build up a tolerance to it is you take it too long

  • I take calcium supplements.  I switched from taking them in the morning to bedtime because they make me really drowsy.
