If you can't eat whole wheat what is the next best thing for a healthy bread choice?

  • Theres always other dark breads like pumpernickel or Rye there is also bread made from Rice it is for those who can't have wheat

  • I like bread made with oatmeal in it. That is as good and as healthy as whole wheat bread. It still is a grain and it's good for lowering cholesterol too.
