  • My answer is going to be totally unhealthy and you shouldn't do what I do, but....
    I usually have a cup of coffee and eat a mini candy bar. LOL
    The coffee because it tastes good and the chocolate because I am a chocoholic

  • LOL! Chocolate and Coffee are my typical afternoon treats as well, but I'm trying to lose weight so I'm looking for something healthier. I agree though, coffee tastes great and I am also a chocoholic!

  • a green smoothie! I put about 60% greens-like spinich, then a bannana, and then frozen berries, flax seed, and water or rice milk. Looks green but tastes like a fruit smoothie. I make it in a Blendtec Blender, a Vita-mixer would also do the job.

  • it all depends on where you are i guess, my preferrred pick me up? a power nap LOL but that usually doesnt happen. so then ill reach for a 5 hour energy or a red bull energy shot and if i am lucky enough to have an hour and half to myself i'll do an hour of cardio (followed by a shower) but thats very rare
